Are you confident in your skill set but
still unhappy or frustrated with your career?

Are you trying to figure out the next steps to finding work that will make you excited to jump out of bed in the morning?

If so, you’re not alone: in 2016 the Wall Street Journal reported that more than half of the US population is unsatisfied with their career.

This statistic sucks, and I know you don’t want to be part of it anymore.

By day, I’m the social media recruiter in the Global Staffing department of a major organization with over 5,000 employees worldwide. I have the opportunity to work with thousands of people looking for new career opportunities every month, but always feel like I could be helping more.

I’ve learned so much about what it takes to identify the right path, prepare for a professional shift, and make the first moves toward a new area of specialization.

How? Well, yes, through my job recruiting; but also through my own personal experience, research, and pursuit of a career in the wine industry.

The path to a new career isn’t unlike the gravel road to the winery where I now work on the weekends. The dips + potholes require careful navigation, but it’s totally worth the trip — and I’d love to take it with you.

The Vineyard Apprentice was created because I wanted to make career transition easier for you by sharing experiences, resources, ebooks + workbooks, and so … here we are.
